At Meissner Sewing & Vacuum Centers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging with all accessories included; please note that software, embroidery patterns, and opened notions are generally non-returnable.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team or visit one of our retail locations to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if shipping.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned machine or accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
